390 Degrees Restaurant in Aseana

Hello everyone! How’s your 2020 been going so far? Just a week ago it was still January and now, we are already in the second month of the year. It’s time to say hello again to February, the love month. We all know that Feb is a very special month especially for the people who are in a relationship because it’s time for them to celebrate their love for each other.

Last week, we went to visit a newly-opened restaurant in Aseana, the 390 Degrees.

The concepts center around its charcoal brick which influences almost all the delectable dishes that they serve.

Wondering why 390 Degrees is the name of the resto? Because its basically refers to the temperature that the resto’s oven must maintain in order to produce amazing cuisines.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor of Sequioia Hotel in Aseana. They are operated by the same team that brought about Ombu Kusina.

390 Degrees Valentine’s set menu for two!

Just in time to celebrate Valentine’s, 390 Degrees Dining is launching a set menu for two for only Php 2,000. The set menu includes Tomato soup w/ ravioli, Chicken Caesar salad and pepper-crusted steak for sharing, Choice of 2 sides and mini salted caramel cream puff. And to cap things off, 390 degrees Valentine’s set also has Shiraz red wine. This Valentine’s special will be available for the whole month of FEBRUARY!

We started off our 390 degrees eat experience with the Tomato Soup with Ravioli. Comforting thick tomato soup topped with spinach-cheese ravioli

If salads are your thing, try their Chicken Ceasar Salad! Here, you’ll get a huge serving of lettuce, carrots, cucumber, bell peppers and egg in creamy Caesar dressing topped with charcoal-grilled chicken. Every ingredient tasted really fresh and each had various textures, which made it more enjoyable to eat.

A romantic date at 390 Degrees is not complete without tasting their Pepper Crusted Steak. Perfectly succulent charcoal-grilled steak with peppery seasoning. Best enjoyed in medium doneness.

Choice of 2 sides: You may choose any of these side-dishes: Sweet Potato Mash, Mashed potato with Corn Kernel, Sweet Potato Fries, Potato Wedges, Coleslaw, Rice Pilaf and Cauliflower and Cheese

For the dessert, we had a Two Mini Salted Caramel Cream Puffs.

For the drinks, they offered Two Glasses of Shiraz Red Wine which is a good two people who wanna chill out.

The Black Burger (Php530). A juicy charcoal-grilled burger patty with tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese sandwiched in a charcoal-activated burger bun

Blackened Salmon (Php880). A salmon fillet with creamy dill sauce

Mini cream puff. I love the taste of these cream puff; it’s not-too-sweet pastries. I am sure that you’ll definitely love this!

Tiramisu. 390 Degrees’ take on the coffee-based Italian dessert

Mountain Mojito (Php130). A fresh, citrus-flavored soda. My favorite drinks among the three drinks that they served.

Tropical Lagoon Soda (Php120). A fun and citrusy fizzy drink. It is composed of blue curacao, orange juice and soda water.

390 Signature Iced Tea (Php120). House-brewed black tea with pineapple and lemon

Our recent date was made even special by 390 degrees. We were really happy with our dining experience because the foods were really good.
