Cebu Pacific achieves Great Place To Work® certification
Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB), the Philippines’ biggest carrier, achieved another milestone by being named a Great Place To Work® for 2024. This is the first time an airline in South-east Asia has received such recognition.
The Great Place To Work® Institute, a leading authority on workplace excellence and employee satisfaction, awarded the certification after conducting an independent assessment that highlighted CEB’s positive employee experiences in key areas such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
“This accolade reaffirms our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone may succeed. “As we move forward, our focus will be on upholding Cebu Pacific’s core values and ensuring that our employees remain at the heart of its success,” stated Felix Lopez, CEB Chief Human Resources Officer.
