Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB), the leading airline in the Philippines, has implemented significant enhancements to its customer policies, aiming to provide passengers with an improved travel experience. These changes include the introduction of non-expiring travel funds and an extension of the validity period for travel vouchers.

Starting from August 1, 2023, CEB has made the following updates:

Non-Expiring Travel Funds:

Previously, travel funds had a validity of six (6) months from the date of conversion. However, under the new policy, travel funds will no longer have an expiry date. Passengers can utilize their travel funds as a virtual wallet to make future bookings or add-ons without any time limitations.

Moreover, individuals with a MyCebuPacific account can now utilize their perpetual travel funds not only for their own travel but also for reserving flights on behalf of their family members or friends. This enhancement adds a layer of convenience and assistance for arranging travel plans for loved ones.

Extended Travel Voucher Validity:

Travel vouchers will now remain valid for 18 months, a considerable increase from the previous six (6) months. This extension provides passengers with more time to utilize their vouchers for flight reservations.

Cebu Pacific’s recent initiative underlines its dedication to being attentive to passengers’ feedback and adjusting its services to align with their changing travel requirements. By prioritizing customer convenience and satisfaction, Cebu Pacific solidifies its commitment to being a passenger-focused airline.
