In the 1990s, the National Security Planning Agency of South Korea created a black ops force comprised of superpowered individuals. Despite their achievements, the team abruptly dispersed across the country and was never heard from again.

Several decades later, Bongseok, a boy who could float before he could walk, and Huisoo, a girl who survived a horrendous car wreck uninjured, end up at the same school, rapidly becoming friends after confiding their secrets to each other and realizing there are more people like them out there in the world. While the teenagers’ lives appear comparatively carefree, a mysterious delivery driver named Frank begins murdering people with superpowers across Seoul.
