Ingram Micro Is Recognized In The Philippines As A Great Place To Work

Ingram Micro Philippines, the Global Business Services arm of Technology and Supply Chain giant Ingram Micro Inc., has received its first Great Place to Work®️ ceIngram Micro Philippines, the Global Business Services division of technology and supply chain behemoth Ingram Micro Inc., has received its first Great Place to Work® certification from the Great Place to Work® Institute, joining an elite group of companies worldwide recognized for high-performance workplace culture.
In a secret poll, over 1,500 employees scored the organization on key factors such as culture, teamwork, career progression and development, leadership communication and support, work environment, and sense of pride.
The Great Place to Work® Institute is a global research organization that develops benchmarks, frameworks, and expertise to help organizations create, preserve, and recognize exceptional workplace environments.

Ingram Micro just got a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2020 Corporate Equality Index, highlighting the company’s commitment to hiring people from all walks of life (CEI). The survey assesses corporate policies and procedures pertaining to LGBTQ workplace equality, including benefits and practices.
