LG’s new 32- and 27-inch OLED Pro models feature 4K UHD resolution (3,840 x 2,160) panels with a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio and 99 percent DCI-P3 color space coverage ideal for even the most detailed digital projects. Because OLED displays do not require illumination, these UltraFine monitors do not suffer from the distracting halo effect, or blooming that many LCD displays suffer from.

Both OLED Pro monitors feature detachable self-calibration sensors and monitor covers to ensure they display brilliant colors as intended under optimal working conditions. The calibration sensor monitors the light emitted from the display at periods chosen by the user and automatically makes the necessary adjustments to maintain a high degree of color accuracy and consistency when used with the free LG Calibration Studio software. The hood can be fitted to prevent distracting reflections and glare from external light sources for even more color and image accuracy.

Both UltraFine OLED Pro devices have small, attractive design elements and are lightweight, making them easy to move between rooms and desks. The integrated stand secures the display to the back with a simple One-click mechanism and allows for height, pivot, and tilt adjustments without sacrificing stability or elegance.

“Our new UltraFine OLED Pro monitors, designed with creative professionals in mind, give incredible visual accuracy with amazing self-lit image quality and trustworthy calibration,” said Seo Young-jae, senior vice president and head of LG Electronics Business Solutions Company’s IT business unit. “These premium display solutions are perfect for professional users working in the film and digital media sectors because of their amazing accuracy, wide color gamut, and ability to correctly portray both HDR and SDR content.”

Starting January, the new LG UltraFine OLED Pro monitors will be available in important regions throughout the world.
