If you’re a simple person and looking for an affordable staycation next to Caliraya Lake then MHAI BET PLACE LAKE HAUZ is the place that you’re looking for! This simple nice resort has a great lake and plenty of fun activities that almost everyone can enjoy!

This private-owned resort located in Caliraya has a great view of the lake with cool and wet weather. Before we start, this resort is pet-friendly! The resort doesn’t have any airconditioning and relies mostly on the cool weather of Caliraya. The resort is made from bamboo and cement, which is very stable, especially during a typhoon.

The room is complete with a dining room along with two smaller rooms on the first floor. Beds are made from bamboo, which is perfectly suited for a family or a group of friends. They even have their bar where you can help yourself or your guests with some drinks. The bathroom is simple, but you take a shower with cold water.

The master bedroom is complete with a romantic queen size bed made from bamboo with cable TV. You always get a couple of extra wooden chairs. The best part about the master bedroom is the balcony view. You get to feel the cool air and relax on the balcony on the extra chairs and a table.

The best view of the resort is the tower. The tower has a hammock, karaoke, table, and chairs. They have a like mini attic where guests can sleep with extra pillows and blankets. It can get freezing at night, especially when it rains. Guests can take lots of photos and videos but need to be careful to drop any items into the water. Guests can also bring and cook their own food below, but the caretaker can also provide food and drinks

If you need a cook, the caretaker can cook for you. We have a great boodle fight that we couldn’t get enough of at MHAI BET PLACE LAKE HAUZ!

ACTIVITIES:

Jet-skiing: Ride the jet-skiing around the lake is the best part of the resort. You won’t get tired riding around and exploring the Caliraya lake! Simple instructions and guidance will be by the instructors so that you enjoy the water sport.

Kayaking: This is also a great water sport where you can kayak on the lake and it’s a great exercise on your upper body. Just don’t forget to put on some suntan lotion so you will not get burnt.

ATV: Another fun activity would be riding the ATV around Caliraya Ecoville Recreation Farm And Resort. Don’t be afraid to get dirty and muddy riding the ATVs around here. You just need to be careful since no protective gear is given other than safety instructions given by the instructors.

INFORMATION:

1. FREE parking within the vicinity.
2. Strictly No Smoking inside the house. You can use the garden or outside the premises if you need to smoke
3. For safety reasons, you need to turn off & unplug appliances when not in use.
4. Strictly No eating & drinking in bedrooms and living area to avoid spillage and stains. Eat or drink in the kitchen and dining area only.
5. Clean as you go (Claygo) and dispose of your garbage properly.
6. Do not flush tissues/napkins into the toilet bowl.
7. Damaged items inside the house, lost keys, stained linen, and towels will be charged.

Overall, we loved our experience here! Not only did we enjoy the rooms but we enjoyed the activities. You can enjoy all these activities by informing the resort that you would want to try the activities. They are gracious, friendly, and accommodating.
