SMX Conference Facility Meetings
In the wake of the pandemic, the SMX Conference Facility (SMXCC), the country’s top convention centre, stays committed to adapting to the market’s changing needs. As a result, bespoke small meeting packages ideal for mid-year and budget planning sessions have been made available, all while adhering to #SMXsafespaces regulations and ensuring the safety of guests.
These small-scale but high-impact and high-value packages have begun to roll out at SMX Manila, SMX Aura, and Megatrade Hall. To guarantee that meeting rooms are kept safe, they are thoroughly misted before and after usage. Not to mention, every member of the SMX team has been entirely immunized and is ready to serve even the pickiest guests.
Furthermore, all packages are hybrid-ready, with high-speed wi-fi connectivity and portable audio and video equipment to keep up with today’s redesigned meeting styles. Sustainable dining options are featured in the meals, from locally sourced products to plant-based packaging.
The conference rooms, which can seat 20 to 40 people, are spacious enough to host guests while adhering to basic safety regulations. There is complimentary covered parking for three hours and controlled coffee and tea facilities.
Every meeting or function is overseen by dedicated service personnel to guarantee that all details have been smoothed out and no stone has been left unturned. Depending on the duration of the event and the licensed caterer is chosen, prices range from Php 1,700 to Php 2,500 net per person. The packages are available through November 30, 2021, for activities scheduled until June 30, 2022.
