My Chemical Romance Returns to Manila in 2026

There’s no denying that My Chemical Romance shaped an entire era of music and fashion in the early 2000s. With a distinct sound and a signature dark aesthetic, they created songs that left a lasting impression. Although their first run as a band lasted just over a decade, their influence has remained strong in both music and pop culture.
And now, My Chemical Romance is back on tour bringing their iconic anthems to fans across the world. The Philippines is one of the lucky stops. On April 25, 2026, the band will perform at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan, marking their long-awaited return.

Presented by PULP Live World, the upcoming concert promises a powerful mix of raw emotion, high-energy performances, and the kind of nostalgia only a band like MCR can deliver. From die-hard fans to those who grew up hearing their music, this show is set to be a major moment.
Formed in New Jersey in 2001 by brothers Gerard and Mikey Way, along with Ray Toro, Matt Pelissier, and later Frank Iero, the band made their debut with I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love. But it was Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge that pushed them into the spotlight, with standout tracks like “I’m Not Okay (I Promise),” “Helena,” and “The Ghost of You.”
Their next release, The Black Parade, became a cultural milestone. A bold, theatrical rock opera, it featured tracks like “Famous Last Words,” “Teenagers,” and the now-legendary “Welcome to the Black Parade.”
