Taal Vista Hotel Launches the OG Series in Veranda: A Tribute to Culinary Icons for its 85th Anniversary

To mark its 85th anniversary, Taal Vista Hotel has introduced the OG Series at Veranda—a monthly food event that highlights some of the Philippines’ most iconic dishes and culinary institutions. The series is a nod to the country’s rich food culture, featuring well-loved classics and dishes that reflect the hotel’s long-standing presence in Tagaytay.

Binondo’s Best Opens the Series

The first installment of the OG Series features a collaboration with two well-known names from Binondo:

• Masuki, known for its traditional Chinese-Filipino comfort food like Mami, Asado Siopao, Bola-Bola Siopao and Mini Siomai
• Sincerity Café and Restaurant, offering their signature Fried Chicken, Oyster Cake, Pancit Chami and Fresh Lumpia

May 31 & June 7 – Lunch and Dinner Buffet
June 1 & 8 – Lunch Buffet only

Buffet price: Php 1,780 per person
Children 5 years old and below eat free with a paying adult. Kids aged 6 to 12 get 50% off.
