The SM Store, in collaboration with PLDT, introduces its nationwide hotline number #14376 (I♥SM) to support the store’s Call to Deliver service, as part of continuous efforts to provide a better customer experience for shoppers. The SM Store’s #MyNumber hotline is powered by PLDT’s expansive fixed-line network thAs part of its ongoing efforts to provide a better customer experience for shoppers, the SM Store, in conjunction with PLDT, has launched a countrywide hotline number #14376 (ISM) to support the store’s Call to Deliver service. Customers can call The SM Store’s #MyNumber hotline using PLDT’s extensive fixed-line network by dialing the hashtag sign (#) followed by five digits, 14376 (ISM), which will link them to the nearest The SM Store branch.

The PLDT’s full-featured contact service solution will make ordering and purchasing from The SM Store more convenient for its customers across the country thanks to the strengthened cooperation. “We at SMIC have always worked to develop our facilities and deliver an amazing experience for our valued customers,” says Teresita T. Customers can “shop” for much-needed things from the comfort of their own homes with The SM Store’s Call to Deliver service, which is accessible in all 64 of The SM Store’s locations. All they have to do is dial #14376, leave their full name, contact information, and requested items, and wait for an order confirmation as well as payment and delivery information from a branch employee. The items can then be delivered to the customer’s home via The SM Store’s delivery service or a third-party app, or they can be picked up outside the store.
