Stray Kids lived up to their tour’s name with an electrifying performance that truly dominated Singapore! From the moment the lights dimmed and the first beat of Mountains (2024) dropped, the National Stadium was transformed into a frenzy of energy and excitement.

The eight-member group, hailed as Time Magazine’s Next Generation Leaders and Rolling Stone UK’s “biggest band in the world,” did not disappoint their 30,000-strong audience, bringing unmatched intensity and theatrical flair to the stage.

Opening their show with the thunderous anthemic track Mountains, Stray Kids set the tone for the night with a jaw-dropping mix of pyrotechnics, laser lights, and epic visuals. The crowd, mostly made up of passionate STAYs (Stray Kids’ loyal fanbase), erupted into deafening cheers as the group rolled out fan favorites like Thunderous (2021) and Jjam (2024), each performance more energetic than the last.

With leader Bang Chan as the charming emcee of the night, the group made sure to connect with the fans. “Thank you, Singapore! We are so honored to kick-start the DOMINATE world tour here,” he exclaimed, his thick Australian accent bringing a personal touch to the fiery show. Felix, also hailing from Down Under, echoed the sentiment, expressing his love for returning to the Lion City.

Stray Kids’ DOMINATE tour was more than just impressive choreography and heart-pounding music. Each member took the spotlight with solo performances that showcased their individual artistry. Han set the pace with the pop-infused Hold My Hand, while Lee Know charmed with the youthful energy of Youth. Seungmin, ever the vocal powerhouse, slowed things down with the acoustic ballad As We Are, a moment of soulful calm amidst the high-energy set.

But perhaps the most talked-about solo moment belonged to Felix, whose dramatic performance of Unfair stole the show. Descending from the ceiling clad in Louis Vuitton, Felix crooned to a backdrop featuring the iconic wilting rose from Beauty and the Beast. It was a breathtaking spectacle that left the crowd in awe.

As the band regrouped for their chart-topping hit Chk Chk Boom, the arena turned into a massive sing-along session. The energy was infectious, and it was clear that this song was a fan favorite. The bond between the group and their fans was palpable, as Bang Chan, ever the crowd-pleaser, bantered with the audience, dropping a few Singlish phrases like “alamak” and “aiyoh,” to the delight of the crowd.

Throughout the three-hour spectacle, Stray Kids showed no signs of slowing down, delivering their high-energy performances with flawless execution. Their camaraderie shone on stage, as they playfully teased one another—whether it was Seungmin dumping water on Felix or the band joking about Bang Chan’s ripped physique during his solo performance Railway. Their brotherly bond was a key highlight of the night, giving the concert a fun, light-hearted touch amidst the powerful music.

A special moment came when fans surprised the group with a heartfelt video greeting, bringing tears to Bang Chan’s eyes as he thanked STAY for their unwavering love and support. “We will be back, and this is our promise,” he said, sealing the emotional moment with a vow to return to Singapore.

The night ended on a euphoric note with two encores that brought the house down. Chk Chk Boom made a triumphant return, and the groovy I Like It (2024) had everyone on their feet, dancing and singing along until the very last note.

Stray Kids’ DOMINATE tour in Singapore was more than just a concert—it was an unforgettable experience of music, friendship, and pure entertainment, leaving fans buzzing with excitement long after the final encore.
