Simple Plan Returns to Manila for “The Bigger Than You Think!” Tour This November

Pop-punk fans in the Philippines are in for a nostalgic night as multi-platinum band Simple Plan gears up for its long-awaited return to Manila with its new headlining run, “The Bigger Than You Think!” Tour. The Canadian rock icons is set to perform on November 25, 2026, at the Araneta Coliseum, promising an evening packed with energy, memories, and career-defining hits.

Presented by Midas Promotions and Wilbros Live, the concert marks the band’s return to the country three years after their last visit in 2023. Known for their emotionally driven anthems and high-energy performances, Simple Plan remains one of pop-punk’s most enduring acts.

Now celebrating 25 years together, the band—made up of Pierre Bouvier, Chuck Comeau, Jeff Stinco, and Sébastien Lefebvre—has built a lasting connection with fans through songs that defined a generation. From classics like “I’m Just a Kid,” “Welcome to My Life,” “Perfect,” “Jet Lag,” and “I’d Do Anything,” their catalog continues to resonate with longtime listeners and newer audiences alike.

Expressing their excitement for the upcoming Southeast Asian leg of the tour, the band shared that returning to the region feels especially meaningful given the support they’ve received over the years. They also teased a special setlist in celebration of their milestone anniversary, featuring fan favorites, biggest hits from across their career, and tracks they rarely perform live.

“We’re really excited to finally come back to South-East Asia and bring our ‘Bigger Than You Think!’ headline tour to all our fans in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong,” the band shared. “It’s been 3 years since our last visit in 2023 and we’re so grateful to have the opportunity tocome back to a place we love so much and that has supported us since day one. We’re celebrating our 25th anniversary as a band so these shows will be very special. Our set lists will feature all our biggest songs from every era of our career, aton of fan favorites and songs we rarely get to play live. It’s gonna be a blast and we hope to see you all at the shows!”

Tickets will be available via TicketNet online and outlets nationwide. Fans can access the pre-sale on Monday, May 4, at 11 AM, while general ticket sales begin Tuesday, May 5, at 11 AM.
