Heavy Metal Titans JINJER Announces Manila Concert This February 2025

Ask any heavy metal fan who isn’t brain dead (yet) from all the headbanging and pandemonium, and they’ll most likely agree that Ukrainian modern prog-metallers JINJER are among the esteemed few leading the push for the savage subgenre during the last decade.

Technical grooves, brutal growls, and soaring melodic vocals have undoubtedly elevated the band to the ranks of the most acclaimed by both fans and critics, but it is also their unmistakable talent for taking realistically dark themes and transforming them into epic crowd anthems and music videos that has earned them the respect of audiences all over the world, as well as their peers.

With their iconic lineup—Tatiana Shmayluk on vocals, guitarist Roman Ibramkhalilov, bassist Eugene Abdukhanov, and drummer Vladislav “Vladi” Ulasevich—JINJER has amassed millions of streams and views, solidifying their place as one of modern metal’s most respected bands. Since officially forming in 2009, JINJER has fused their signature brutal sound with surprising elements of funk, soul, jazz, and even reggae, pushing the boundaries of heavy metal and catching the attention of legends like ARCH ENEMY and CRADLE OF FILTH.

Fresh off the release of their new single “Kafka,” the band has also announced their highly anticipated fifth studio album, Duél, which is set to drop on February 7, 2025.
