MAX kicks off a 3-day mall show at U.P Town Center
It is just getting started as rising pop sensation Maxwell Schnider known by his stage name, MAX performed his first day of mall tour on Friday, April 5 at U.P Town Center.
Don’t worry Schneider monkeys, you can still catch MAX live on April 6 at Ayala Malls Manila Bay and on April 7 at One Ayala. Check out the mechanics here.
With the growing anticipation of seeing the multi-talented artist, the P-Pop four-member girl group DIONE opened the show and added more energy to the audience with their recent singles “Break You Down” and “Bling Bling.”
Members Joyden, Clara, Ella, and DK showcased their top-notched vocals and harmonization with a cover of Katy Perry’s “The One That Got Away” and BLACKPINK’s “Tally.”
Finally, the American singer and actor hit the stage with “Love Me Less” featuring Quiin XCII, and a groovy vibe of “Acid Dreams” featuring Felly.
MAX, the renowned singer-songwriter takes collaboration with artists to the next level. He and the crowd became one as he sang the much-awaited hit collab with Huh Yunjin of LE SESSERAFIM “STUPID IN LOVE.”
Emotions run high and the night is poppin’ with “Blueberry Eyes” (feat. SUGA of BTS), he even rapped SUGA’s part, garnering a buzz from the audience. Then it is followed by “Checklist” and “Butterflies”.
Additionally, MAX, RyanEXOE (bass guitar), and Cody Dear (piano and saxophone) give a tender rendition of “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” to the Filipino audience, who never fails to pass the vibe check.
After serenading with IT’S YOU (ft. Keshi), he congratulated a fan couple celebrating their 5th anniversary. Other fans requested “Someday (Next Big Thing)” which was from his album “Hell’s Kitchen Angel” in 2016.
MAX’s 10-song set list concluded with “Lights Down Low” followed by a meet and greet event for lucky fan winners.
