Pop-punk Superstars Mayday Parade are Returning to Manila

In October, emo/pop-punk superstars MAYDAY PARADE are scheduled to return to the Philippines and perform for a legion of hungry Filipino music admirers at the New Frontier Theater.

The American rock band (originating in Tallahassee, Florida) consists of vocalist/guitarist Derek Sanders, guitarist Brooks Betts, bassist Jeremy Lenzo, percussionist Jake Bundrick and lead guitarist Alex Garcia.

The band first gained attention with the release of their debut EP, Tales Told By Dead Friends in 2006, which went on to sell over 50,000 copies without the help of a record label. From there, the band skyrocketed to fame thanks to its genuine connection with its audience and its unrivalled dedication to performing in front of live audiences.

The band’s powerful singles, like “Jamie All Over,” “Miserable At Best”,”Terrible Things,””Ghosts,”, “Stay The Same” , “When I Get Home You’re So Dead” and “Piece of Your Heart” to name a few.

This is Mayday Parade’s sixth visit to the country – courtesy of PULP Live World – due to the band’s powerful ability to relate to and communicate with the Manila, Philippines, audience.
