ASUS Philippines Rolls Out No. 1 Quality & Service Program for Back-to-School Season

ASUS Philippines is helping students, gamers, creators and young professionals prepare for the new school year with the ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program, available beginning June 8, 2026.

The program supports users across academic, creative and everyday needs by strengthening ASUS’ warranty coverage, product support and after-sales service. It also reflects the company’s focus on reliable device ownership beyond the point of purchase.

As students continue to rely on laptops for research, collaboration, content creation and hybrid learning, warranty coverage and accessible service support have become important factors when choosing a device for school. Through the ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program, ASUS aims to give customers added assurance throughout their ownership experience.

ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service: Product Reliability and Added Protection

The ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program combines product quality, US Military Grade durability and expanded service benefits. It is designed to give ASUS users added protection and support throughout the warranty period.

The enhanced service package includes wider International and Local Warranty coverage, upgraded Preventive Maintenance services and a longer replacement window for eligible products.

2026 Enhanced Warranty Coverage

ASUS flagship models, including ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip and ROG gaming laptops, will come with a 3-Year International and Local Warranty. ASUS and ROG desktops, along with ASUS All-in-One PCs, will retain their 3-Year Local Warranty.

Vivobook, Vivobook Go, ASUS Series, ASUS Gaming, TUF Gaming laptops and ROG Ally gaming handhelds will continue to include a 2-Year International and Local Warranty.

Eligible ASUS and ROG laptops and handheld devices will also retain 1-Year Local Accidental Damage Protection, also known as ASUS Perfect Warranty. This covers incidents outside the standard manufacturer’s warranty, including eligible accidental customer-induced damage.

ASUS is also introducing additional service benefits under the ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program.

Up to 6X Free Device Cleaning through ASUS Preventive Maintenance

Customers with eligible ASUS and ROG laptops, desktops, All-in-One PCs and handhelds can access complimentary preventive maintenance services. These include professional cleaning and device care, with up to six total claims during the warranty period. Customers may redeem up to two service claims each year through participating ASUS service centers.

14-Day Extended Replacement Window

ASUS has extended its replacement period from 7 days to 14 days, giving customers more time to address eligible product concerns after purchase.

Local On-Site Service Upgrade

For flagship models, ASUS is expanding its on-site support services. Owners of ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip and ROG gaming laptops will be eligible for on-site service, reducing the need to bring devices to a service center. ASUS and ROG desktop and All-in-One PC users will continue to have access to the same benefit.

Global Accessibility and Mobility

ASUS customers can access the company’s service network for technical support and warranty assistance, whether they are working locally or traveling abroad.

The program includes more than 100 Authorized Service Centers across the Philippines and coverage in over 90 countries through ASUS’ international service network. This gives eligible users access to parts, labor and technical support when needed.

The 2026 Enhanced Warranty Packages will be available for eligible ASUS and ROG products purchased and activated through authorized retailers in the Philippines beginning June 8, 2026. The expanded program supports ASUS’ broader after-sales service efforts alongside its product portfolio.
