Best moments from 2024 Oscars
‘Oppenheimer’ bagged major awards with 7 wins

Christopher Nolan proved his cinematic expertise by the many wins of ‘Oppenheimer’ in different awards shows!
The film won several Oscars awards including Best Picture, Best Actor (Cillian Murphy), Best Supporting Actor (Robert Downey Jr.), Best Director (Christopher Nolan), Best Original Score (Ludwig Göransson), Best Cinematography (Hoyte van Hoytema), and Best Film Editing (Jennifer Lame).
Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas won the Oscars for Best Original Song for their record ‘What Was I Made For’ and presented a soulful version of the same song

Billie Eilish was made to accomplish many things, and winning the Best Original Song, together with her brother Finneas for their record ‘What Was I Made For,’ is one of them!
The song is included in the soundtrack of the motion picture ‘Barbie’, which made the viewers understand the concept of Barbie as a plastic doll who questioned her value, existence, and the world around her. Eilish and Finneas also performed the song in an emotional rendition moments before they won the award.
Attendees inside and outside of the Oscars showed their support for Palestine

To show their support for a ceasefire in Gaza, few celebrities like Billie Eilish and Mark Ruffalo wore red pins, and protestors rallied outside the venue to support Palestine.
In a press statement, Artists4Ceasefire, a group of entertainment industry members who distributed the red pins, said: “The pin symbolizes collective support for an immediate and permanent cease-fire, the release of all of the hostages and for the urgent delivery of humanitarian aid to civilians in Gaza.”
Ryan Gosling offered a pinkish, comedic performance of ‘I’m Just Ken’

Gosling confidently performed his record ‘I’m Just Ken,’ a pop song written by the actor for Barbie The Album, in his sparkling pink suit with his back-up dancers from the movie. The song is one of the many records from Barbie that went massively popular online due to its catchy lyrics that characterize the personality and nature of Gosling’s character in the film.
John Cena surprised viewers by being nearly naked on stage

John Cena appeared almost naked on stage (his parts covered by the winner envelope) before announcing the winner for Best Costume Design. This surprising move by Cena is a reference to the 46th Academy Awards show in 1974, when a man ran across the stage naked while Elizabeth Taylor is being introduced.
The 2024 Oscars being a hot topic online right now evidently shows the importance of celebrating the creation of films and art, as well as the glittering presence of most-loved Hollywood celebrities and their public performances.
