“Exhuma” or locally known as  파묘 (pa-myo) is a horror-thriller film that will be released in Philippine cinemas on March 20, 2024 directed by South Korean film director and writer Jang Jae Hyun with cinematographer Lee Mo Gae.

This modern thriller film is full of layers starting fom the main leads: the young shamans duo Lee Hwa Rim (Kim Go Eun) and Yoon Bong Gil (Lee Do Hyun), geomancer Kim Sang Deok (Choi Min Shik), and mortician Ko Young Geun (Yoo Hae Jin). The quartet aims to unravel the mystery behind a grave found discovered in a South Korean village.

Aside from the excellence from the actors of its caliber, the mega-hit film will undoubtedly give you the feeling that you are physically there and immersed in action. 

It also brings the incorporation of the past and tradition and bringing it to the modern setting. If you are into a mix of history, thriller, and supernatural, then “Exhuma” is definitely the K-movie for you.
