LAWYER’S GALLEY: Delicious Food Cooked by Lawyers!

We have tried numerous food from chefs, frustrated cooks, and homemade cooks. We’re about to make our case to the stand because this time we will be trying some food cooked by people you wouldn’t expect; lawyers! Lawyer by day and chef by night, the cooks from LAWYERS GALLEY do know to solve our case. In this case, it’s our taste buds!

LAWYER’S GALLEY consists of lawyers, and Galley means ‘small kitchen’ usually in a ship or plane. They have been preparing the food in their small kitchen in which they decided to call it LAWYER’S GALLEY.

One of the lawyers has been baking cookies and simple cakes since college. His mom was also the inspiration since she taught him how to prepare home-cooked meals since he was eight years old. He has been making baked salmon since 2011. Due to the recent pandemic, this gave him the opportunity and strong encouragement from his partners who love baby back ribs. Together, they saw a chance to make LAWYER’S GALLEY and put some excitement on their hobby, which is cooking by venturing into a small business.

The final recipe of their products is a result of series of experiments/trial and error until they came up with the perfect taste which satisfied their tastebuds that we wanted to share with everybody. They only use the best ingredients, and they don’t mind gaining small profit as long as their customers are satisfied. They cook for the love of it, and they work as lawyers to earn a living

• Spare Ribs: It was soft and tender with a brown mixture. We had no problems cutting the spare ribs. With the corn and potatoes at the side make it the best combo! Rate: 10/10
• Cheesy Salmon: This was so addictive! The Salmon was on point with the cheese. Rate: 10/10
• Belgian Chocolate Cake: They saved the best for last! This put us into a food coma! Rate: 10/10
