FARMER`S TABLE

Farmer’s Table, which is a farm-to-table idea, had to take its time as well—due to the fact that 2020 was A Thing That Happened—but it eventually reached where it needed to be, and where we all wanted it to be.
Farmer’s Table is a large, multidimensional operation that requires considerably more than the usual number of busy hands. It’s divided into three sections: the Boutique Market, the Artisanal Bakery, and the Al Fresco Garden Bistro, and it’s much more of a destination than your old Tagaytay stopovers were.
The main dining area is the Al Fresco Garden Bistro; the tables are spaced out so that customers may eat in relative safety, with the added benefit of a good wind when it strikes.
Address: Nurture Wellness Village, Pulong aSagingan, Barangay Maitim II, Tagaytay, Cavite

Opening Hours: 7AM-7PM, Monday to Sunday
SONYA’S GARDEN

In Alfonso, near Tagaytay, there is a beautiful Bed & Breakfast. Popular for weddings and other special occasions.
It all started with a love proclamation. The young man knelt before the lady in the verdant and flower-filled garden, with nothing but dense hibiscus shrubs and lovely hydrangeas as witnesses, and asked her if she would be his sweetheart. “Yes!” she exclaimed emphatically.
What better way to honor the overflowing of the heart than with a belly full of food? It was time to serve dinner! Freshly selected lettuce and arugula, sweet-fleshed mangoes, pineapples, and other seasonal fruits, and an array of dips and sauces for spreading over salads and pasta adorned the table, which was draped in fine embroidered linen. It was a sensory overload of flavors and emotions. The public’s love affair with Sonya’s Garden began with this suggestion.
The news of the garden was spread in whispers and possibly a handful of joyous shrieks. Sonya Garcia began opening the doors to her private home to anyone who wanted to learn about her secret in 1998.

CLOUD 9 RESTAURANT
Cloud 9 Sports & Leisure Club, which first opened to the public as a restaurant in 1995, is one of the most well-known leisure complexes. It eventually expanded to incorporate hotels as well as additional recreation and event venues.

The 360° View Deck, however, is the primary attraction, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding area, including the Metro Manila cityscape in the distance and a spectacular sunset. The observation point is reached through a thrilling hanging bridge.
It is also home to the biggest Philippine flag in the Philippines
Cloud 9 Restaurant: This room is large and conveniently placed across from the Information Office. We took a while to settle our meals because they had a large menu.
Dishes: Grilled Liempo, Fish Shanghai Roll, Sinigang na Bangus sa Miso, Miki Bihon, and Tokwa’t Baboy were among the dishes we sampled. The cuisine is good, although the prices are a little higher than at other Filipino casual eating establishments. Following your meal, you may relax on the restaurant’s terrace, which also serves as a viewing deck.
