POPstival2022: K-pop Meets P-pop This Coming October

Neuwave Events has announced that they will host a music festival featuring some of the most exciting K-pop and P-pop artists this coming October.

Popstival 2022 aims to celebrate pop music and will feature six K-pop and P-pop acts.

According to Neuwave, the festival will be held on October 21 at the CCP Open Grounds in Pasay City.


In a separate post on Tuesday, Neuwave announced the festival’s first performer: K-pop soloist and former member of the girl group Sistar, Hyolyn.



Brave Girls is a 4 member Korean girlgroup under Brave Entertainment. They debuted with a five members last April 8, 2011 with the single “The Difference”.

VIVIZ is a 3 member Korean girlgroup under BPM Entertainment. They made their debut this February 9, 2022 with their mini album Beam of Prism. They are know as “VIVId dayZ” and the meaning of is that the group will become an artists who’ll confidently express their colors in the world

LOONA is a 12 member Korean Girl Group under BlockBerryCreative. Each of them was revealed along with a solo single album and an MV with sub-units. The group has currently 12 active members along with 3 subunits.

Additional performers are anticipated to be added to the lineup soon!

Last July, Neuwave organized the “Be You” benefit concert, which featured K-pop superstars Red Velvet and P-pop groups BGYO and BINI.
