UNIQLO and White Mountaineering Set to Release Second Collaboration with Recycled Materials

Japanese outdoor clothing brand White Mountaineering and global apparel retailer UNIQLO recently announced a second collaboration collection. People of all ages can wear these new LifeWear outerwear styles made from recycled materials.

Recycled Hybrid Down Jacket

- Php 4,990 (three colors available)
- This jacket is made of recycled down and feathers from used garments donated by customers. It features padded sleeves and upper back, allowing for warmth and ease of movement, and a stylish wave quilting design. Additionally, the garment has excellent water repellency and heat retention properties.
Fleece Full-Zip Long Sleeve Hoodie

- Php 2,990 (four colors available)
- A parka with a fleece component made from 100% recycled polyester that combines long-layered boa fleece with smooth-surface fleeces. The garment features pockets on the left chest and waist, a size adjuster at the hem, and binder cuffs that make rolling up the sleeves easy.

White Mountaineering
The founder of the company, Yosuke Aizawa, was born in 1977. He launched White Mountaineering in 2006 after graduating from Tama Art University’s Department of Product and Textile Design. He has presented collections at Paris Fashion Week since 2016, and he continues to design for a number of international brands. His affiliations include Tama Art University and Tohoku University of Art and Design.
