If you’re looking for desserts and baked sushi at the same, then you came to the right place! You can get some delicious baked sushi, and baked goods at SOFIA’S MOM CONFISERIE!

The name SOFIA’S MOM CONFISERIE; Sofia is the name of the owner’s daughter while Confiserie is a French term for a shop that sells sweets. They opened last May 2020 in which baking was the owner’s way of coping up with the anxiety about the COVID 19 virus. The owner used to work at a restaurant and till the store closed due to the pandemic. She first decided to sell her baked goods to her friends and family. It eventually became a hit in which she decided to open up her store.

SOFIA’S MOM CONFISERIE; is unique they are not only concerned about their product but at the same time meet their guest’s expectations and satisfaction. The best sellers would be the Ube Halaya and Cheese, Ube Pandesal with Chocolate Hazelnut, and of course the Baked Sushi!

• Walnut Chocolate Chip: (NYS: P130/PC, MUNCHERS P185): We love this! The Walnut was thick! Rate: 10/10
• Choco-Chocolate Crinkles: (MUNCHERS: P250)

UBE PANDESAL

• Cheese Pandesal (Half Dozen/P140): It’s perfect, but it’s so hard to describe! Rate: 10/10
• Ube Halaya And Cheese (Half Dozen/P150): The cheese melts on every bite! Rate: 10/10
• Choco Hazelnut (Half Dozen/P170): You can taste the chocolate! You just need to heat it. Rate: 10/10

BAKED SUSHI

• Kani Baked Sushi (1-2 Pax/P180) 3-5 Pax/(P420): The crabs here were on point! Rate: 9/10
• Tuna and Kani Baked Sushi (1-2 Pax/P150, 3-5 (Pax/P350): This is a game-changer for us! Rate: 10/10
