Lee Chae Min Charms Fans at His First Manila Fan Meeting

Lee Chaemin, known for his role as the king in Bon Appétit, Your Majesty, met Filipino fans for the first time on November 23, 2025, at the New Frontier Theater. The event, part of his 2025 Chaem-into You Fan Meeting Tour, was presented by PULP Live World, VARO Entertainment, Pinnalive, and Merry Go Round.

Chaemin has steadily built a strong career through projects such as High Class, Love All Play, Alchemy of Souls, Crash Course in Romance, See You in My 19th Life, Hierarchy, and Crushology 101. His performance in Bon Appétit, Your Majesty further solidified his growing reputation.

The fan meeting opened with a piano version of the OST “Stay With Me,” played live by Chaemin as he stepped onstage in an all-white outfit. He greeted the crowd and thanked Filipino fans for their warm welcome, saying their energy pushed him to give his best throughout the program.

IN TMI CHAE MIN Segment

Host Kring Kim guided a short TMI conversation that gave fans a closer look at the actor.
Chaemin shared basic facts about himself: born on September 15, 2000, now 25 years old, with a height of 190.2 cm. His hobbies include playing the piano, swimming, and basketball. He also mentioned that he owns two dogs and prefers simple clothing in white, black, or blue.

He talked about his daily routine, which starts with showering, brushing his teeth, and taking care of his hair. He added that he works out his abs for 30 minutes a day, six times a week, paired with a controlled diet. “Honestly, I never not have abs,” he joked.

Chaemin also spoke about his love for ballads and often listens to OSTs to get into character. When asked about his first impression of Manila, he laughed and said, “It’s hot,” noting the contrast with Seoul’s winter weather. Still, he quickly warmed to the atmosphere and the smiles of his Filipino supporters.

Before ending the segment, he briefly acted as a professor wearing glasses—drawing loud reactions from the audience. He also shared what he had for breakfast: pancakes, eggs, fruits, and pineapple.

Chaemin Bank Segment

Chaemin’s hosting experience from Music Bank, where he worked alongside LE SSERAFIM’s Eunchae for over a year, also made an appearance during the event.
He hosted his own segment, Chaemin Bank, and spoke in Tagalog as he introduced the program.

“Ako po si Minnie Minnie Chaemin, Bank Manager,” he said, followed by “I-check na’tin ang line-up para sa araw na ito.” Fans lit up each time he delivered another Tagalog line.

He also danced to challenge songs and granted fan requests, which became one of the most lively parts of the program. “I wanted to do everything you wanted today,” he told the crowd.

CHAEMISSION Challenge

A vlog clip played during the show, where Chaemin visited a tonkatsu hotpot restaurant with his staff. As the video ended, he surprised the audience by appearing in the middle of the crowd wearing a denim set and singing live. Fans handed him small gifts, including a mini electric fan.

He then joined several games. In the CHAEMISSION Challenge, he acted out different items—one answer was leche flan, guessed by the audience. Another part involved guessing food he ate during a scene, which turned out to be black chicken ginseng soup.

In the 60-second challenge, Chaemin picked a fan wearing denim, matching his outfit. They played charades together, creating one of the night’s most memorable interactions.

During the “Tell Me Your Wish” segment, he granted personal requests from fans. He took selcas with a birthday celebrant, made heart poses, and even asked, “Front hug or back hug?” when a fan wished for a hug. Later, he reenacted a scene from the Filipino film Starting Over Again, choosing a fan to perform the emotional dialogue with him.

He ended the event with a performance of “I Find You,” an OST from Bon Appétit, Your Majesty. Before leaving the stage, he shared a thoughtful message for his fans, saying, “The time I spent with my Manila CHAEMF is one of the best days I’ve spent in my life; I will try my best to become the best actor with all your love and support. Thank you so much, and I love you all.” He added, “The lyrics of the song say, no matter the time and space, I’ll make an effort to find you. Next time we meet together, I hope you’re still gonna be here. Promise? Salamat po!”

His words closed the night on a warm and genuine note, marking a meaningful end to his first fanmeeting in Manila.
