BREVILLE Virtual Festival Honors All Things Coffee

Coffee is ingrained in our culture. It kicks off our mornings, keeps us inspired throughout the day, and, for the truly dedicated, even eases us into a laid-back evening. Everyone has a favorite caffeine shot, and Breville Philippines is here to ensure that we may maintain our close relationship with our favorite cups even while we’re at home.

The premium appliance business is conducting a month-long Coffee Festival to commemorate its tenth year of supplying good cups of coffee—its second after a hugely successful event last year. While the event will take place electronically, the message will stay the same: Breville is here to help everyone enjoy cafe-quality coffee at home by connecting them with professionals. Participants may expect a wide range of seminars covering everything from latte art to using coffee in desserts.

The Breville Coffee Hub, a series of Facebook Live Sessions featuring experienced coffee masters who will offer their thoughts and knowledge about the food, beverage, and wellness business in general, is part of the month-long event. The event, which features specialists such as Chef Edward David Mateo of the La Royale Patisserie Food Group, Dave Dource of the Barista Guild Asia – Philippine Chapter, and award-winning chef Louise Mabulo, opens the door for everyone to realize their Masterchef ambitions. Robert Francisco and Pacita Juan of the Philippine Coffee Board, Inc. will also be present.

Breville event A

On September 4, Chef Mateo will teach you how to make coffee-flavored pastries, and on September 5, Dave Dource will teach you how to make latte art. On September 11, Chef Mabulo will take over to educate on how to maximize coffee for both food and non-food applications—a topic that is especially essential for the brand, as it encourages everyone to master sustainable living at home.

Virtual sessions on how to use coffee in cooking, the art and science of third-wave coffee, and many more will be held.

Breville event B

Apart from this, Breville will host the Pour Your Art Out: A Virtual Latte Art Challenge, which will focus on the creative side of coffee culture. The brand encourages skilled baristas and latte artists to compete by designing their best latte designs in this year’s session. Anyone with a passion for coffee and an artistic flair is welcome to enter the competition.

Breville event C

The Coffee Rush Challenge, the first virtual baking competition held by the company during its festival, is the third segment of the event. Breville is inviting everyone to participate in the event, which will choose the best dessert inspired by our favorite morning cup of happiness. With home baking on the rise and the general public developing an even higher palate for desserts, Breville is inviting everyone to participate in the event, which will choose the best dessert inspired by our favorite morning cup of happiness.

The Breville Coffee Festival will start on September 4 and is open for everyone to enjoy. To keep up with the events, you can check out Breville’s Coffee Festival Event Page on Facebook.
