Panasonic has been at the forefront of global campaigning for cleaner, fresher Quality Air for Life for many years. The company shared its Window-type Air Conditioner (CW-XC185EPH) with Comfort Cool and Anti-bacterial Filter to provide safer air in patient wards and nurses’ stations of 10 selected local medical institutions as part of its commitment to help Filipinos who are still struggling with the epidemic.
The Panasonic Air-Conditioning Philippines CEO, Masaru Toyota, personally handed over the units to Dr. Vincent Balanag Jr., Executive Director of the Lung Center of the Philippines, on October 4, 2021. “We present this donation as a reward to all committed front liners of the Lung Center of the Philippines, for all of their hard work during these difficult days of the epidemic,” Mr. Toyota reiterated. Dr. Balanag expressed his gratitude and expressed his desire to have more similar opportunities in the future.
San Lazaro Hospital, Manila Doctors Hospital, Manila Medical Center Hospital, San Juan de Dios Hospital, Adventist Medical Center, Rizal Medical Center, Philippine General Hospital, National Kidney and Transplant Institute, and Mary Mediatrix Medical Center were among the recipients of Panasonic Window-type Air Conditioners, which were received by their respective representatives.
Panasonic reserves a special position of love and compassion for Filipinos in accomplishing its objective of A Better Life, A Better World, especially in these hard epidemic times.
