How Park Min Young Enchanted Filipino Fans in Her First Fan Meeting in Manila

South Korean actress Park Min Young met her Filipino fans for the first time on May 12 at the SM North Edsa Skydome for her Asia fan meeting tour ‘My Brand New Day’ in Manila presented by CDM Entertainment.

Best known for her roles in K-Dramas such as “Marry My Husband” “Sungkyungkwan Scandal,” and “City Hunter,” Park Min Young, a model turned actress, has also gained popularity for her acting talent.

The fan meeting started with a performance of “Bad Liar” by YUQI (G-IDLE), the OST of Park Min Young’s latest hit drama “Marry My Husband.” As she took to the stage, the venue filled with loud cheers from the crowd.

She greeted her fans warmly, saying, “Kamusta po kayo?” Throughout the evening, she delighted her fans with a variety of segments, showcasing her singing and dancing skills as well as sharing insights into her personal and professional life.

One of the highlights of the fan meeting was the “Min Young’s Day” segment, where memorable scenes from “Marry My Husband” were shown, including the intense judo training scene with co-star Na In-Woo. Fans couldn’t contain their happiness, especially during the mention of kissing scenes from the drama.

Fans participated in various interactive activities, such as re-enacting scenes from the drama and playing games with Park Min Young. Lucky fans had the chance to take photos and share moments with their favorite actress.

During the “Ask About Min-young” segment, Park Min Young answered fan questions, providing glimpses into her personal interests and preferences. From her love for K-pop to her thoughts on tattoos, fans got to know their idol on a deeper level.

As a special treat, Park Min Young teased her future projects, hinting at the new romantic comedy genre. The fan meeting also featured heartwarming messages from Na In Woo and other co-stars, celebrating Park Min Young’s success.

The fan meeting event was filled with heartfelt moments, from Park Min Young’s interactions with fans to her thoughtful gifts and gestures of appreciation. A specially designed eco bag and personalized messages made the evening even more memorable for lucky attendees.

Tears welled up in Park Min Young’s eyes as she watched a touching fan project video, “Everyday is a Brand New Day with You,”  prepared by her Filo Beans. The actress expressed her gratitude with a heartfelt letter and video, promising to return to the Philippines and thanking her fans for their unwavering support.

The evening ended with Park Min Young serenading the crowd with “Flowers” by Miley Cyrus. From start to finish, the Park Min Young Asia Fan Meeting was a night to remember, filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments shared between Park Min Young and her Filo Beans.
