South Korea’s Biggest Water Music Festival is Making its Debut Splash in Manila
Get ready, Manila – the party of a lifetime is heading your way! The world-famous Waterbomb festival, straight from South Korea, is officially making its splash in the Philippines in 2024. If you’ve ever dreamed of combining your love for K-pop, hip-hop, and crazy water fights into one electrifying event, then Waterbomb Manila is the place to be!
After months of speculation and anticipation, Waterbomb finally confirmed what Filipino fans have been hoping for. This June, the festival announced its Manila stop, and the excitement has only gotten stronger. K-fans, your dreams are about to come true!
Set to take place on February 8-9 (Sat & Sun), 2025 at the Metrowalk Ortigas, Manila. Imagine a festival where K-pop idols, hip-hop stars, and DJs light up the stage, all while you’re in the middle of an epic water fight. We’re talking water guns, hoses, cannons, and more, drenching the crowd in a non-stop, high-energy, fun-filled event. It’s part music festival, part water party – and 100% unforgettable!
And it’s not just the performances that will make this festival epic. Waterbomb is all about the experience. The splash zones, the jaw-dropping stage effects, the crazy water battles, and the heart-pounding energy from the music will keep you on your feet (and soaked!) all day long.
Waterbomb Manila Lineup
While the official lineup for Waterbomb Manila is still under wraps, there’s already speculation flying around. The festival’s teaser poster, along with a video of TWICE’s Nayeon holding a water gun, has fans buzzing. Could she be making a splash in Manila? While the organizers have clarified that the video isn’t a confirmation, we can’t help but cross our fingers for some major K-pop star power!
If the Seoul edition is anything to go by, expect to see some of the hottest names in K-pop and hip-hop. Past Waterbombs have featured stars like Jay Park, Zico, SHINee’s Taemin and Minho, Mamamoo’s Hwasa, and Cha Eunwoo. Will your favorite artists take the stage in Manila?
