The waiting is finally over! It’s been more than 20 years since platinum-selling artists THE CORRS came to the Philippines and sang to their fans with their now-legendary songs. About The Corrs
Known as the most popular “family band” to emerge in the late 1990s (composed of siblings Andrea Corr on lead vocals, violinist/pianist/vocalist Sharon Corr, drummer/vocalist Caroline Corr and guitarist/vocalist Jim Corr), the Corrs are scheduled to fly across the globe to personally give their smash tunes “Breathless,” “Runaway,” “What Can I Do” and “All The Love in The World” to their legion of Fans.
Officially formed in 1990 in Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland, the band has released seven critically acclaimed studio albums (including their 1995 debut Forgiven, Not Forgotten and 1997 follow-up Talk On Corners, their most successful album to date), as well as several singles. It has sold a whopping 40 million albums worldwide. In their career, they have won 24 of the 48 awards they were nominated for. In 1999, they won the BRIT Award for “Best International Band,” and in 2001, their songs “Breathless” and “Rebel Heart” were nominated for Grammy Awards.
Aside from these achievements in the music industry, the band and its members are also loved worldwide for their philanthropic work.
