The unique menu is part of Sincioco’s dedication to the Hapag Movement, a community program sponsored by Globe that strives to eliminate hunger via supplementary feeding and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

The meal packages, including a salad, soup, entrée, dessert, and hot beverage, are available for P1,200 for lunch and P1,500 for supper at Sincioco’s well-liked restaurant Makati, Chef Jessie Rockwell Club. Half of the earnings from each dinner will be donated to the Hapag Movement.

The Hapag Movement Menu provides a nutritious range of salads for starters & a variety of Filipino and fusion main meals, from the basic yet upgraded beef morcon and caldereta to fish fillet florentine and baked chicken with a parmesan coating.

Sincioco stated that she would invite famous chefs from the Philippines and overseas to join the Hapag Movement and solicit the assistance of neighboring restaurants in Rockwell to expand the crusade.

“When I learnt about this credible and plausible movement, I volunteered without hesitation or hesitation. “Let us all contribute to the success of this movement,” she urged.

Chef Jessie has cooked and created a variety of cuisines for world leaders, corporate titans, famous figures, and even the Pope. But what she finds most rewarding is feeding the most downtrodden members of society.

Chef Jessie is a member of the Rotary Club of Makati Business District (RCMBD), which recently struck a four-year collaboration with Globe to collect cash for the Hapag Movement. Her Mana Cuisine Corporation is one of the first corporate members of Rotary to support the initiative.

“We are thrilled to welcome Chef Jessie to our team as we continue to combat hunger in the Philippines. We appreciate her dedication to finding ways to gather donations, such as the Hapag Movement menu. Globe Group’s Chief Sustainability and Corporate Communications Officer Yoly Crisanto stated, “We look forward to expanding the Hapag Movement globally by enlisting a global network of chefs for this initiative.”

RCMBD previously vowed to raise P10 million for the Hapag Movement through various efforts involving its members and corporations. By making this pledge, the Rotary chapter has become one of the most devoted fundraising partners of Hapag Movement.

Globe utilizes partnerships to raise donations and provide vital assistance to afflicted families. As an estimated fifteen million Filipinos continue to suffer from involuntary hunger, the program seeks to unite Filipinos behind a collective effort to feed the hungry and provide empowering livelihood training.
