Jinjer Rocks Manila with an Explosive Metal Show
On February 18, 2025, Ukrainian progressive metal band Jinjer performed at SM North Skydome, delivering a night of heavy music and impressive musicianship. Presented by PULP Live World, the concert attracted a crowd of dedicated fans.

Led by vocalist Tatiana Shmayluk, Jinjer played a setlist featuring songs like Pisces, Vortex, and Call Me a Symbol. The band combined technical skill with emotion, showcasing tight instrumentals and Tatiana’s versatile vocals, moving between growls and clean singing with ease.
Jinjer’s music shifted between intricate melodies and heavy breakdowns, keeping the audience engaged. The band’s use of complex time signatures and dynamic arrangements added depth to their performance.


Opening the show was Dissociated Core, a Spanish metalcore band whose energetic set was met with enthusiasm from the Filipino crowd. Their heavy riffs, driving drums, and aggressive sound built anticipation for the headliner.
The event highlighted the strong support for metal music in the Philippines, with fans showing up to enjoy both international and emerging acts.
