LEE MIN HO is SMDC’s newest ‘GOOD GUY’

Prominent real estate developer SM Development Company (SMDC) teams up with Korean superstar Lee Min Ho for its “Step into Luxury” campaign

Lee Min Ho’s leading roles in the K- drama series such as “Boys Over Flowers,” “The Heirs,” “City Hunter,” “The Legend of the Blue Sea,” “The King: Eternal Monarch,” and “Pachinko” have made him a household name throughout the world, including the Philippines.

“I’m honored to be part of the SMDC family. It’s very important for a person to have a space to call home,” Lee Min Ho shared. He added that being able to influence home buyers in owning their home is something he is grateful for.

The 2022 Overseas Hallyu Report, a worldwide survey performed in 18 countries by the Republic of Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange, ranked Lee Min Ho as the most popular actor (KOFICE). Since 2018, Lee Min Ho has topped the list for five consecutive years, demonstrating his consistency as a representative of Korea. Since 2009, he has garnered multiple accolades for performing brilliantly. Min Ho is considered one of the most influential worldwide style icons with the most fabulous social media followers among Korean actors.

According to Aye Luna, vice president of marketing for SMDC, they are excited to be working with Lee Min Ho for this campaign.
