We always loved Middle-Eastern and African dishes! We are happy to say that we will be introducing you to East African cuisine from MAPISHI FOOD HOUSE! It’s currently the only Eastern African cuisine in Metro Manila!

This Eastern African cuisine comes all the way from the beautiful country of Tanzania, where Swahili is their mother tongue. MAPISHI FOOD HOUSE is a Swahili term which means “cooking”. The chef himself is from Tanzania, so we can are sure they are offering authentic Tanzanian cuisine!

MAPISHI FOOD HOUSE opened last November 2019 at the Greenhills night market and started to join other bazaars in VMall Greenhills, Trinoma, and the Sunday Market at Sidcor.

They first started to sell churros with CHURROISSIC, which was also another food business that they owned. Then, later on, they decided to experiment and try something different, so they sell chicken biryani on the side, which became a huge hit among foodies.
