Chris Hemsworth Returns for EXTRACTION 2 Only on Netflix

In EXTRACTION 2, the sequel to Netflix’s action blockbuster EXTRACTION, Chris Hemsworth reprises his role as Tyler Rake. Rake is returned as the Australian black ops mercenary tasked with rescuing the beaten family of a ruthless Georgian gangster from prison after barely surviving the events of the previous film.

Hemsworth collaborates again with filmmaker Sam Hargrave with Joe & Anthony Russo’s AGBO producing and Joe Russo writing. Adam Bessa, Olga Kurylenko, Daniel Bernhardt, and Tinatin Dalakishvili co-star alongside Golshifteh Farahani, who reprises her role from the first film.

This is a sequel to the 1st film based on the novel Ciudad by Ande Parks with a screenplay written by Ande Parks, Joe Russo, and Anthony Russo, and illustrations by Fernando León González. Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Chris Hemsworth, Angela Russo-Otstot, Mike Larocca, Patrick Newall and Sam Hargrave produce EXTRACTION 2, along with Jake Aust, Steven Scavelli, Benjamin Grayson, Christopher Markus, and Stephen McFeely serving as executive producers.
