PLDT Enterprise’s connectivity services help JoyRide and Happy Move to expand their business operations, in keeping with the company’s mission of making a positive influence on every business.

JoyRide and Happy Move, a motorcycle ride-hailing company that has evolved into a delivery service, have partnered with PLDT Enterprise to provide communication and connection solutions to its drivers and riders for everyday operations.

During the extended community quarantine, JoyRide and Happy Move teamed with many LGUs to provide tricycle drivers with an alternate source of income as delivery riders for the apps. JoyRide and Happy Move identified the need to change their platform to point-to-point (P2P) delivery and concierge service, which resulted in the employment of almost 10,000 tricycle drivers and other riders (JoyRide Pabili).

Riders and bikers on JoyRide and Happy Move will now be able to take use of Smart Bizload, where they may acquire prepaid loads fast and use the platform to help with their communication needs while making deliveries, thanks to a new relationship with PLDT Enterprise.
