As we continue to celebrate 75 years of friendship between Korea and the Philippines, the theme “K-Culture Next Door” represents our two countries’ strong relationship! Comparable to “doorbell” neighbors, Korea and the Philippines have supported and influenced one another over the years through cultural exchange and human interaction.

Traditional Filipino performers will also be in attendance to commemorate the occasion of 75 years. Additionally, Filipino solo and group performers are welcome to participate, as we have initiated the “Mini K-pop Busking Concert” as a way to honor their devotion to K-culture while showcasing their talents. Application information for the busking event is available on our website and social media platforms.

“Next Door” Exhibition

Presenting this year’s festival alongside our partners from various Korean government organizations and enterprises, KCC are happy to deliver the finest of Korea straight to your home. They offer the complete spectrum of cultural experiences, from the conventional to the modern: Hangeul (the alphabet), Hanbok (costumes), and Jeontongnori (traditional activities).

Various industries will be represented by our partner corporations: Samsung Philippines, Hyundai Motor Philippines, Inc., AMOREPACIFIC Philippines, and certain beauty items from small and medium-sized firms, which will be showcased by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency. This festival, in collaboration with the Manila Office of the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO), the Representative Office of the Korea Copyright Protection Agency (KCOPA), and the Philippines Office of the Korea Agro Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation (aT), will undoubtedly bring Korea to your doorstep!

Undeniably, this festival is prepared to offer the complete K-culture experience at no cost, courtesy of our local associates SM Supermalls and the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA).
