Kim Yoo Jung, Kim Young Dae, and More Star in TVING’s Upcoming Romance Thriller Dear X

The highly anticipated cast ensemble for TVING’s upcoming original series “Dear X” (working title) has emerged!

“Dear X” revealed on August 8 that Kim Yoo Jung, Kim Young Dae, Kim Do Hoon, and Lee Yul Eum would play the drama’s leads.

Based on a webtoon, “Dear X” tells the story of Baek Ah Jin, a well-known actress who gets success by manipulating others, only to face a disaster. In addition to showing Baek Ah Jin’s two faces, the romantic drama tells her love tale with the man who stands by her side.

Kim Yoo Jung will play Baek Ah Jin, a well-known South Korean actress who hides a harsh side behind her lovely beauty. She reaches her career’s pinnacle by stepping over her childhood wounds and wearing a mask to survive.

Kim Young Dae will play Yoon Joon Seo, a guy who believes in love as the means of salvation. Yoon Joon Seo, who has spent his entire life by Baek Ah Jin’s side, is both her lone refuge and her fatal Achilles’ heel. He has waded through any mud for Baek Ah Jin, and now he intends to ruin everything he has defended up to this point in the name of love.

Kim Do Hoon will play Baek Ah Jin’s ardent supporter, Kim Jae Oh. Kim Jae Oh supports Baek Ah Jin in a different way than Yoon Joon Seo. Kim Jae Oh, who has suffered abuse from his father, who is fascinated with a cult, and has had a difficult existence, finds solace in Baek Ah Jin, who understands his anguish. Kim Jae Oh voluntarily becomes her shadow.

Finally, Lee Yul Eum will play Rena, a former idol turned actress who has achieved success through her amazing beauty and luck.
