7-Eleven Philippines Virtual Run

The 7-Eleven Run Series returns with a new virtual run, and there’s more than one reason to participate. Following the success of last year, 7-Eleven is now opening 40,000 spots in Manila, Cebu, and Davao for Filipinos who want to make a difference for themselves and the frontline community.

Following last year’s virtual donation of 40,000 care packages to various LGUs, 7-Eleven intends to provide simplicity and convenience to frontline workers by donating 2 million pesos worth of CLiQQ E-wallet credits they can use to purchase food and other necessities at any 7-Eleven shop.

There are eight distance categories to choose from, ranging from 3 to 42 kilometres, each with a limited number of seats. From November 7 through the end of the virtual run event on November 30, participants can share screenshots of their GPS and run timings and track their progress in order to complete their selected category. Individuals who have been fully immunized are eligible to register for free. To avoid paying fees, they must register online and upload a clean scan or photo of their immunization card and a single 7-Eleven receipt to purchase category sponsor products worth Php 100. Two immunization cards and receipts are necessary for the 10K buddy distance category.

Unvaccinated individuals, on the other hand, must pay the appropriate registration cost for their chosen distance category at their local 7-Eleven store. The initial fee is Php 500. Participants will be advised of the time, date, and 7-Eleven shop where they can pick up their race kits after getting the verification email.

Participants will receive an email with mechanics on how to claim their finisher’s kit, which includes a medal and a shirt, as well as other benefits, such as particular item codes to redeem freebies in 7-Eleven stores, once the virtual race has been completed and verified.
