Volumes Up: 3 concerts in one night at the Playback Punk, Rock, and Emo Music Festival
After the 2025 Playback Punk Rock and Emo Music Festival, Playback is bringing the event back in 2026 with another lineup of punk, rock, and emo bands. The show will feature more than four hours of live performances focused on music from the early 2000s and beyond.
The festival is scheduled for May 8 at SM Mall of Asia Arena in Manila and May 9 at Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino in Cebu. This year’s lineup includes Dashboard Confessional, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, and Faber Drive, with each band performing a full set.
The festival is presented by Super Awesome Productions and led by founder and CEO Stephanie Moreno. The goal is to bring together established bands and fans of punk rock and emo music in a live setting.
The event will run for over four hours, with a focus on continuous performances rather than short appearances.

Each band will perform a complete set that includes their well-known songs. The format allows audiences to see multiple acts in one night without shortened performances.

Dashboard Confessional

The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus
The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus gained attention with songs like “Face Down,” “Your Guardian Angel,” and “False Pretense.” Their music focuses on themes such as relationships and personal challenges.
Faber Drive
