BOYNEXTDOOR Brings Out Youthful Energy at Knock on Vol. 1 tour in Manila

Marking their Philippine concert scene debut is BOYNEXTDOOR with their ‘Knock On Vol. 1′ in Manila , the PH ONEDOORs have never been so excited.

The venue was quickly filled with an uproar of cheers as the one of K-pop’s rising group—BOYNEXTDOOR made their way through the stage. Fans immediately responded with loud screams and chants for Jaehyun,Sung-ho, Riwoo, Taesan, Leehan, and Woonhak.

They opened with “Earth, Wind & Fire,” a solid start that showed their energy and performance style, followed by performances of “Dangerous,” “But I Like You,” and “Life is Cool.”

Knocking everyone out of control is their opening stage with the performance of “Earth, Wind, & Fire”—the boys are just starting to showcase their pure talent and charm.

What is the most Filipino concert crowd moment without the sing-along? As the boys have delivered their energizing performances, fans understood the assignment doing fanchants and cheering for BOYNEXTDOOR.

The big dome just could not get enough of the kilig as the boys did their best to learn a few Filipino phrases just to add more sparks. During the performance of “ABCDLOVE” they cutely posed in aegyo with their BBNEXDO plushies—”Mahal kita” as Jaehyun said and “Gusto kita” Taesan added.

BOYNEXTDOOR truly knows how to capture the perfect moment to make everyone swoon with their charisma.

ONEDOOR WITH LOVE

Just as the night concluded with much love and appreciation from the boys and their fans, a sweet fan project sent everyone into a rollercoaster of emotions and a look back through memory lane.

There is so much energy that even when Riwoo joked that he is feeling exhausted—the fans’ cheers made him the perfect boost for the whole show. With their happiness, the group promised to return for more shows in the future.

“I’m so proud of you [ONEDOOR] guys, last [2023] we came to Manila because of Asia Artist Award (AAA) and this year we came because of this concert,” BOYNEXTDOOR leader Jaehyun shared.

“Promise me we’ll meet again, let’s go [to] the biggest stadium or something like that,” he added.

BOYNEXTDOOR surprised the fans for their upcoming album in May and finishing up the night with an encore performance of “let’s go see the stars” and “IF I SAY, I LOVE YOU”.
