Dr Pastry Delivers Delicious Pastries To Your Doorstep!

We have been trying a lot of baked goods and we’re about to try something a bit different from D.R PASTRY. However, the name of the bakeshop is not owned by a doctor. D.R Pastry was named after the owner whose last name happens to be “Doctor”.

The baked shop started as a hobby where they decided to make their hobby into a business. Most of the family members in the family are have a degree in HRM and Tourism. They have an extensive background in baking and cooking, which they later applied to their bakeshop. While many families have celebrated family bonding through special dinners or watching a movie together, their way of family bonding and spending time with each other is baking the baked foods and pastries that they love.

Choco Almond Brownies (PHP 125/ Box of 6): The combination of cocoa powder, espresso powder, dark chocolate, and almonds makes this brownie a chocolate nirvana. One of our favorites! Rate: 10/10

Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies (PHP 120/ Box of 6): Made with dark chocolate and milk chocolate chunk with browned butter for nuttier flavor We loved the cookies! It was soft, huge with the chocolate in the middle. Rate: 9/10

Yema Cake

Yema Cake (PHP 100/ 500 ml tub): An airy cake with yema frosting with grated cheese on top. We love the frosting! Rate: 8/10

Tres Leches Cake

Tres Leches Cake (PHP 150/ 500 ml tub): A sponge cake soaked in three kinds of milk overnight with whipped cream as frosting and a touch of cinnamon powder. The cinnamon and the frosting solved it for us! Rate: 8/10
