Kpop boyband iKON to return to Philippines For 2023 World Tour: Take Off in Manila this August

Brace for impact as iKON lands back in the Philippines to bring their massive world tour, 2023 iKON WORLD TOUR TAKE OFF IN MANILA this August at the Araneta Coliseum!

Since their inception in 2015, iKON has been recognized as a formidable group responsible for creating popular songs such as “Love Scenario” and “Killing Me,” among others. They have released 18 singles, four studio albums, and four extended plays throughout their career. This and their extensive discography speak volumes about the members’ abilities, as they have produced chart-topping hits and amassed numerous accolades in a short amount of time.

Now, with their newest album, ‘Take Off,’ they are back stronger than ever. ‘Take Off’ is also the group’s first album since signing under their new agency,  143 Entertainment. Bobby composed and wrote the album’s title composition, ‘U,’ which is included on the album. Its music video currently has over 9.1 million views on YouTube. 

Tantara, Rum Pum Pum, Fighting, Driving Slowly, Never Forget You, Like a Movie, All the Way Here, and Kiss Me are the other nine tracks on ‘Take Off’. This album also surpassed iKON’s record for sales on its first day of release, with over 90,000 copies sold.

The previous record was held by their fourth mini-album, ‘FLASHBACK,’ which sold over 70,000 copies in its first week. It only took iKON’s newest album one day to surpass ‘FLASHBACK’s first-week sales.

In 2023, nothing can stop members JAY, SONG, BOBBY, DK, JU-NE, and CHAN from conquering the globe via a massive tour promoting their most recent album. This tour kicked off in Seoul, South Korea, and spans major countries in Asia, the United States, and Europe.

In 2018, they performed to a sold-out crowd in the Philippines as part of the “iKON Continue Tour,” and they returned to the country as the headliner of “K-Pop Masterz 2” in 2018.
