All business visitors will be able to access the hotel’s outdoor pool, well-equipped fitness facility, HUES all-day restaurant, lobby lounge, and “grab & go” snack zone after the new 100-room South Wing opens. Corporate guests will find three meeting rooms available, and those looking for some retail therapy will appreciate the proximity to the SM City Clark shopping mall.

The Park Inn by Radisson Clark, which won the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award for the fifth year in a row, has become a key hotel for Filipinos who need to quarantine when they return home. Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and Returning Overseas Filipinos will continue to be accommodated in the existing 154-key North Wing (ROFs). The hotel is SGS accredited and follows the Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol to the letter. Quarantining guests will not be permitted to use the hotel’s public areas or facilities. This multi-use flexibility will provide guests more options, assist the national COVID-19 agenda, and bring additional benefits to the property’s owners.

“The opening of the new Park Inn by Radisson Clark South Wing will strengthen our ability to provide great, happy guest experiences. The excellent, long-standing ties we have with our owners in the Philippines are something we value at Radisson Hotel Group. We look forward to extending our collaboration with SM Hotels and Conventions Corp. (SMHCC), which was essential in the roll-out of Park Inn by Radisson’s new brand positioning,” said Andre de Jong, Vice President, Operations, South East Asia and Pacific, Radisson Hotel Group.

“In recent months, we’ve had the honor of hosting quarantining visitors. Our ability to operate as a multiple-use hotel, catering to the demands of business travelers and returning Filipinos, will now be enhanced with the opening of our new South Wing. Our expansion will help us meet increased demand in all sectors of the market, as new domestic and international passenger terminals are set to open at Clark International Airport this year,” said Ann Olalo, General Manager, Park Inn by Radisson Clark.

“The opening of Park Inn by Radisson Clark’s South Wing exemplifies SMHCC’s upbeat attitude and faith in the hospitality industry. The hotel is prepared to solidify its place as a significant participant in Central Luzon’s tourism and MICE sectors, as it is nestled in an unrivaled location within SM’s integrated mixed-use development, alongside the future SMX Convention Center Clark,” SMHCC Executive Vice President Peggy E. Angeles added.

Hotel customers in the Philippines have fallen in love with Park Inn by Radisson. Thousands of Filipino and international travelers are enjoying the brand’s lively mood across the country, with four hotels currently open and one more – Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod – on the way.
