Let’s set off our emo hearts and get ready to beat our heads to the music of one of the most popular American rock bands, SAOSIN, as they embark on a massive tour of the Philippines!

PULP Live World and Skesh Entertainment are pleased to announce SAOSIN ASIA TOUR 2023 LIVE IN MANILA, which will take place at Skydome, SM City North EDSA, on November 3 and 4, 2023. This special two-night concert in Manila is a trip down memory lane & an experiential chronicle of the band’s journey in the music industry as we witness them perform all their albums and successes live! Defying Decay, a Thai alternative metal band is headlining the show to make it more combustible!

In 2003, SAOSIN originated in Orange County, California. The band has released 3 studio albums, three extended plays (EPs), and eight singles since its inception. Their debut EP, Translating The Name, was well received by a cohort of emo and post-hardcore rock fans in the United States and served as their ticket to success. Instantaneously upon its publication, it sold over 62,000 albums. SAOSIN has released a vinyl version of the aforementioned EP and a special merch collection that sold out within a few weeks!

In 2006, SAOSIN released its debut studio album, titled Saosin. The album has received good reviews from music critics and consumers. The first single “Voices”, was ranked among the “Top 46 post-hardcore songs of the 2000s” by the Alternative Press, while the second single “, You’re Not Alone” was ranked among the “Top 10 Essential Emo Power Ballads.”

In Search of Solid Ground and Along The Shadow, their second and third studio albums followed the triumph of their previous album and singles. In addition to selling out albums, SAOSIN’s career flourished as they embarked on tours from the United States to Europe, Asia, and Australia. Indeed, it was a triumphant tale, as the band began as the headliners of other bands and now travels the world headlining massive music festivals and performing solo performances.

In 2023, SAOSIN will conquer Asia, including Manila, as one of their destinations, with a colossal solo performance that will evoke nostalgia in their long-time fans’ hearts. SAOSIN members Anthony Green (Vocals), Beau Burchell (Guitars), Chris Sorenson (Bass), and Alex Rodriguez (Drums) cordially invite all Filipino emo and rock enthusiasts to join them for this one-night-only performance.
