Adding to the excitement, BTOB’s Changsub has been announced as the first mentor for Universe League. As the manager of Team GROOVE, Changsub will oversee everything from trainee selection to production, utilizing his vocal prowess and coaching skills, previously showcased in programs like C.T.O Project – The Survival. His expertise extends beyond television, as he continues to mentor aspiring artists through managing a music academy.

Following Changsub’s announcement, GOT7’s Yugyeom was revealed as the next mentor for the show. On August 20, SBS introduced Yugyeom as the manager of Team BEAT, adding another layer of anticipation for the show’s debut.

Joining him is Yangyang, all-rounder maknae, who will serve as a director for Team Red Rhythm alongside TEN.

In Universe League, contestants will be divided into three teams, each led by a representative K-Pop artist. The teams’ leaders will personally select their members and guide them through league-style missions, with the ultimate goal of winning the “Prism Cup” and securing their debut. The program’s unique format, which incorporates sports elements and strategic trades, promises an exciting and intense battle for stardom.
