Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB), the Philippines’ premier airline, achieved yet another significant milestone by winning the Best Employer Brand award for the second year in a row at the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2024. Among Philippine enterprises with 1,000 to 5,000 employees, CEB was recognised as the Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn. On August 14, 2024, Chrissie Perfecto, the CEB Director for Talent Management, accepted the award on behalf of the organisation.

“For the second consecutive year, we are greatly honoured to have received this award from LinkedIn.” Felix Dan Lopez, CEB’s Chief Human Resources Officer, stated, “We are dedicated to fostering meaningful engagement with our current employees and future talent, thereby enabling them to make a valuable impact in the aviation industry as Moment Makers.”

Companies are recognised by LinkedIn with the LinkedIn Talent Awards, which are based on their utilisation of LinkedIn Talent Solutions and their activities on the LinkedIn platform. These awards are data-driven.

CEB was also a finalist in the Talent Insights Pioneer category, an award that honours organisations that have implemented LinkedIn Talent Insights to make informed talent decisions based on real-time insights.

CEB has consistently improved its employee engagement initiatives by organising activities that foster staff camaraderie and activating LinkedIn Learning to encourage self-paced learning and upskilling. Just recently, CEB was able to increase the number of LinkedIn Learning accounts available to over 4,000 CEB employees by granting them access to additional licences.

Additionally, the airline has endeavoured to enhance the workplace’s inclusivity by offering equal employment opportunities and implementing initiatives that honour the uniqueness of each Juan.

This year, CEB was awarded the Great Place to Work® certification as a testament to its efforts, as a result of a favourable assessment of its employee experiences in critical areas, including impartiality, respect, and camaraderie. CEB is the sole airline in South-east Asia to have attained this distinction.

CEB is the sole airline to be acknowledged as one of the top 100 finest employers for fresh graduates in 2024 by Prosple, a company that specialises in careers and education technology.

CEB remains committed to providing opportunities for individuals who are interested in advancing their careers in the aviation sector. Check out career opportunities and follow Cebu Pacific on LinkedIn at https://linkedin.com/company/cebupacificair.
