Leading the pack is TREASURE’s 2023 album “REBOOT,” which has achieved the impressive milestone of double platinum. This recognition signifies over 500,000 units shipped in Japan, a testament to the album’s massive popularity and the group’s expanding influence. For context, under the RIAJ’s certification system, albums are certified gold at 100,000 units and platinum at 250,000 units. TREASURE’s achievement is a shining example of their growing dominance in the Japanese market.
But TREASURE isn’t the only one making waves. NewJeans’ Japanese debut single “Supernatural” has also made its mark, earning a gold certification for shipping over 100,000 units. Each of these singles has captivated listeners, further solidifying NCT’s reputation for delivering hit after hit.
Not to be outdone, SEVENTEEN’s Jeonghan and Wonwoo have also made headlines with their Korean unit debut single “THIS MAN.” The track has been certified gold, adding another accolade to SEVENTEEN’s already impressive list of achievements.
