The Hammingtons In Juanderland: Fanmeeting In Manila
South Korea’s prettiest trio is coming to Manila in July, it’s a terrific time for a family bonding activity. Sam, William, and Bentley will meet Filipino fans for the first time at The Hammingtons in Juanderland: Fanmeeting in Manila. The event will take place in the New Frontier Theater on Sunday, July 17, 2022, at 3 p.m.
The South Korean actors rose to prominence in 2016 after joining the cast of “The Return of Superman,” a reality program about celebrity fathers and their children. At first, the show featured only Sam and William (who is now five years old). Bentley (now four years old) was born a year later and joined the family a year later.
The three rapidly became fan favorites, and they and the rest of the cast were awarded the renowned “Grand Prize” (also known as “Daesang”) at the 2018 KBS Entertainment Awards.
The family chose to leave the show earlier this year to pursue other options. “Wilbengers: Suspicious Camping Commotion,” an animated superhero film starring William and Bentley, as well as their father, is one of them. The Hammingtons’ Dream Closet,” a new variety show that airs on the ENA channel, was just introduced by the family.
Away from the mainstream media, the brothers are busy with their own Youtube channel, “THE WILLBEN SHOW,” which has over 350,000 subscribers.
Despite their hectic schedule, The Hammingtons are looking forward to visiting Manila.
“This is an incredible chance, and we can’t wait to meet our fans.” “The last several years have been really challenging owing to constraints, but finally being able to meet some of our overseas followers is incredibly thrilling,” Sam Hammington, the family patriarch, stated.
Sam is a New Zealander-Australian comedian who rose to prominence after appearing on the South Korean reality show “Real Men.” He was named “Best Male Newcomer” in 2013 for his outstanding performance on the show.
With only a few weeks till the fanmeet, Sam talked about how the Hammingtons are getting ready.
“We’re not trying to over-prepare because we want to have a real experience once we’re there,” said the group. However, we have been attempting to acquire some Tagalog, but it is proving to be more difficult than we anticipated.”
Sam also mentioned that they’re excited to taste some of the delicious meals that followers have recommended, like “chocolate rice,” or champorado in Tagalog.
“To be honest, I have told them but I don’t think they truly realize where we are going,” the 44-year-old star said bluntly when asked how the kids reacted to the news. They are ecstatic to board an aircraft and travel to another nation. But I’m sure they’ll be thrilled when we arrive.”
“First and foremost, thank you for supporting us in everything we do,” Sam said in a goodbye address to supporters. We appreciate you all, and we wouldn’t be able to do what we do if it weren’t for you. This is our chance to personally thank you, and we aim to meet as many of our fans as possible.”
The Hammingtons’ fanmeeting in Manila is only one of the family’s numerous Asian destinations planned. Fans can expect to see more of the trio in person and on various media platforms across Southeast Asia now that WILD Group is in charge of their international efforts.
Tickets will go on sale this Saturday through TicketNet. The fanmeet costs PHP2, 850 (Balcony) to PHP6, 500 (Balcony) (MVP). CDM Entertainment presents The Hammingtons in Juanderland: Fanmeeting in Manila.
