HIDDEN VIETNAM: Affordable Authentic Vietnamese Food In CAVITE!

If you’re itching to travel and can’t go to Vietnam, the best thing that you should on your foodie bucket list is HIDDEN VIETNAM! If you’re looking for a restaurant with a similar taste of Saigon or Hanoi then HIDDEN VIETNAM in Kawit, Cavite would be your best bet.

This place is quiet hidden that even Google Maps or Waze has trouble finding it. This small restaurant has cute Vietnamese vibe to it and the restaurant is surrounded with Vietnamese posters.

The best part before trying out some authentic Vietnamese is wearing a traditional conical nón lá hat (leaf hat). It mainly became popular due to the American-Vietnam War especially in the movies.

The best part about the restaurant is that the chef was based in Vietnam which is why you will actually get a real taste of Vietnam. Majority of the ingredients come from Vietnam with the exception of the lettuce which is planted in their farms in Cavite and Tagaytay. There are no preservatives used in any of the dishes.

If you’re looking for a meal that is perfect for a big group of friends or family, we recommend the Saigon Family for P950. It’s perfect for a group of 5-6 people!

Banh Mi Ga: A must-try! This will fill your stomach up! Rate: 9/10

Stir Fried Noodles: Absolutely delicious! Taste almost like Phad Thai! Rate 10/10

Saigon Family: Absolutely worth it! Rate: 10/10

Vietnamese Burger: You should try this! It’s huge! Rate: 10/10

Breaded Tofu: Soft and delicious! Rate: 9/10

Vietnamese Pizza: It’s small but taste like pizza and yet crunchy! Rate: 10/10

The best part about the restaurant is they also serve Vietnamese beers which can give you a complete Vietnamese experience! They also got Vietnamese coffee as well. We highly recommend that you try it!

Vietnamese Coffee: So unique and has its own flavor. Rate: 10/10

MENU:

Overall; we loved the authentic Vietnamese experience and it’s affordable as well! The meals start at P105 and you have a lot to choose from. Don’t forget to take a photo with the leaf hat!
